Returns

• You may return items within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

Non-returnable items include:

• Used blenders or water bottles (for hygiene reasons)
• Opened pet bowls or used feeding items
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or defective items

• If your item arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
• Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
